2022 is only a week away, and the country is reeling over the failures of The Biden Administration. The economy has been hit hard with soaring inflation; the pandemic restricts Americans; illegal migrants flood the border; the supply chain crisis persists.
With so much policy failure, many may wonder what the Biden Administration is doing. Some may be shocked by what Former Utah Congressman Jason Chaffetz had to say on FoxNews Sunday over the weekend…scandal. The Biden Administration is under investigation for possibly scamming over a billion dollars, Chaffetz claimed.
In a panel discussion about the future for The Biden Administration, FoxNews Sunday asked a panel their thoughts on what 2022 will bring for The Biden Administration. Chaffetz, joined by The Wall Street Journal's Catherine Lucey, and The Washington Post's Charles Lane spoke on President Biden's issues in the new year.
Chaffetz first pointed out that many Americans are concerned about safety. Safety in cities is in question as democratic policies reduce punishments for criminals. Border security continues to be a concern with the constant influx of migrants illegally entering the country, many working for cartels or with criminal pasts.
"I think security was going to be right near the top of the agenda. Security in your health, security on the border, security in your hometown, security in the big cities, and certainly security around the world," stated Chaffetz.
Lucey added, "The other thing I'll be watching really closely that you mentioned earlier in the show is what happens with schools in 2022. If we see any more widespread, you know, return to virtual learning. We've seen a lot of parent frustration over that, that really played in the Virginia governor's race."
Lane spoke up, predicting that The Biden Administration would focus on foreign affairs due to the negative light on his domestic agenda. "Very often when a president stalls out in his domestic agenda, foreign events start to take over, and the issue of Europe, the stability of Ukraine and the possibility of war between Russia - and Invasion of Ukraine by Russia is already under covered [and] could be a huge story next year," stated Lane.
Chaffetz concluded the panel with possibilities of scandal on the horizon for the Biden Administrations, hinting at investigations that are currently underway and could blow the Biden Administrations' credibility out of the water.
"Scandal. Just last week, the Secret Service said 100 plus billion dollars was scammed and a lot of the payments going out there, there are a lot of scandals out there going out across this administration."
